Summary: I saw Blender building a huge hot air balloon and asked him kindly to take that to the industrial as it was public building and he hadn't been given permission by an admin nor the president. He refused, claiming I was meta-gaming. I didn't want to post a BR as I would rather them correct their mistake and learn from it but it was clear he wasn't listening and even made false accusations that I was breaking a rule.
