Summary: I was walking around and see this cop (Yuri) Saying to a guy "i am going to taze you cause i can" I told him
that is agenst the rules and then he comes out a says "i am gonna find a black person and taze him cause hes a black guy"
this i found very bad, about 5 mins later i became a cop to help the Goverment when i hear shots, we went to the call
with people shooting us, i don't know why though but they gave up we went in and he says, HA got you and tazed the man
about 6 or 7 times and then stood on him, i have proof of this. He was also being REALLY rasit, i hope something gets done
about him

Insufficient evidence. Your evidence doesn't show any names nor any rulebreakage except for standing on a tazed player (which could have been an accident).
