Summary: I was just walking around and entered a building, then i got rdmed on the elevator and this guy had a little window to shoot from so no1 could shoot him + he went on a rampage before and afterwards.

I was there as well when this took place, Joe had the props placed so you had to crouch to enter and was down below shooting civilians before heading upstairs.

Is currently banned I think this occurance is apart of my ban on him. Will add time to his ban.
