You are going to need a lot more than a sentence if you are serious about making a clan here. Use this clan as a good example of how much detail you need to put:

I highly recommend you to not make a clan. You are currently banned for an attempted RDM and you have 5 hours on the server.
It is not easy to be leading a clan and you need some experience for it.

I have experience... I run an entire community
