I suggest you read the rules for posting an unban request.

You're unable to post a second unban request if your ban time is under a week.
Following that, it's simple, you broke the rules, just because you see other people breaking the rules, does not permit you to do so.
Finally, donating does not give you any special rights regarding the rules, you still must following them exactly.
