Summary: I got in a gunfight. He tried to NLR me. Didn't record everything, but i have evidence of the payback thing and the RDM. He got a kick for NLR, but the RDM didn't get treated.

He got banned for 90 days.

Sadly, I need more evidence to show more context. I can understand if he had to go IRL and being AFK kicked is a bit different than DCing yourself.
I will therefore not say he DCed to avoid RP situation.
He was punished for NLR with a kick.
The evidence does not show any more rulebreakage. Note: This player has already been given a (almost) 5 month ban.
