Is SoulRipper hiding something from us?

I've noticed a lot of changes in Fearless recently. When you die, there's now a message from the 'RDM Manger' but using !report doesn't work if you try. I was joining the build server, and this fancy dancy loading screen appeared. These weren't in any release notes. Is something else sneaking it's way into fearless soon?

The RDM manager bug is one line of code in the config they need to change to false. I am guessing they used a modded version of this: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1301766
