I'd walk into a convenience store and crouch and hide behind the cashier. When time starts moving again I'll stand up and loudly exclaim, "I can't do this anymore, I'm getting cramps," and wander off.
That would freak the guy out for the rest of the day.
EDIT: Or maybe I'd sneak into a cinema and watch a movie for free.

All i can think of is rob a whole lot of money
