Constant Downloading - Legendâ„¢ - 08-19-2013
Hello people, I discovered that everytime I play I need to download the content over and over again, I didn't mind at first but now it is really slow, it takes about 10Minutes tops to load, I have asked sevral people and they say they never have to download it. Is there a way to fix this because it only happens on cityRP

Not supposed to do that. Your best shot is to download the content package to make sure everything is there.

Just like Joykill already mentioned: Your best shot to avoid this problem in the future is to make sure that everything is in the correct folder. A guide on how to install everything manually + download links are available here:
