Well I'm making this BR on joeymeijer for Verenikin cause his fraps and screenshots ain't working 100%. But I just joined and I saw Verenikin trying to arrest a Security Guard. Verenikin asked the warrant for the president and joeymeijer7 left te server.

I can confirm this. I was the arresting (or, almost arresting) officer.
Pavillion for some reason didn't think doing warrants was part of the president's job at that time, so this dude disconnected after two mins.
