So can I put a gambling spinner (the one with green, blue, red, and yellow) in the back of a Tide's Truck and be a moving gambling service?

Yes you can, but the only thing you are NOT allowed to do is use the tides truck to transport people.

Actually, having anything in the back of the tides truck can be classed as modifying a vehicle, if you want to play safe. Just don't. I'd recommend using a crate and rping that your "gambling" wheel is inside. Then deleting the crate and spawning the dupe where you see it nessecary.

They added the Tides for a reason, to transport props from point A to B easier. Ive done multiple RPs with a Tides Truck in the past, and every admin has 0 problem with it.
Just do not transport people, get a bus for that.
