I have the new version. Since I reinstalled Gmod completely with all fearless downloads I could find, I placed them on the required places.
Together with Flaminator we tried anything.
We updated anything, (Steam, gmod,..) And yet it still says "[This server uses a newer version of the game]" when I try to join a server on gmod.
We tried:
Libary ---> Garry's Mod ----> Properties ----> Local files ----> Verify integrity
It said that 2 files can't be verified.
Is there a way to get this fixed?

What does the console say? Can you post a picture of the console after it comes up with that error?

When that error coms up I don't even have my console showing. :X
After we Verified it said that two files can't be Verified

I realy want this to be fixed but I have no clue what went wrong.
Days before everything worked and than all this happens.
So far I cannot play on any gmod server.
I removed all my gmod files and installed/downloaded all things needed and yet it said the same error (shown on the first picture)
