Hey, I wanted to make a Gmod FL film thing... and was wondering how to get FL items, vehicles models etc into Gmod single player. Could anyone help?

In the spawnlist, look under GMod then browse through until you find the content. It's placed in several folders.
You could also use the search bar for specific props.
