Reason: My ban was listed as break of fear-rp
Involved: I was with Vortex, a ss and a cop.
Why we should unban you: The ban placed on me, is break of fear-rp. I was shooting with an ak-47 after the cop who held a tazer at me.
According to general rule number 13 "Follow FearRP. You can't attack a person who has a gun (or tazer) pointed at you, while you are unarmed, you must roleplay being afraid of the gun."
I must be afraid of enemy weapons (including tazer's) if i am unarmed. The truth is that i was wielding an ak, which doesnt make me unarmed.
