you dont have to Kill someone to break NLR, and the only reason you didnt kill him was because i banned you

because I don't know about this, if you got proof post a ban request
I noticed a gun fight between you and the gun dealer, you died
then you went to the other gun dealer, bought sniper ammo
get out an AWP and asked someone to get him outside
then starting shooting him
Clearly this was NLR and attempted revenge kill
