The game is updated already .. but the servers aren't updated !

Try this (Note may or may not work depending on programs installed etc)
Right click on the Gmod folder, Click restore to previous versions and click to a time where you could connect to the servers.

Narcotic can't update the servers, it's up to the devs and Soul.

Incase anyone is having a problem with updating their own servers: http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Hosting_A_Dedicated_Server.
I would also like to add DaemonServers have failed to update to the new system yet so if your server runs it you will have to wait.
