The player in question has place frozen barricades to stop players from diriving vehicles through becaus they were banned at first, then when the ban was lifted I found a second set of barricades.

Surely you could tell/remind the player that frozen probs on the road is not allowed, Rather than getting him ban for something little he may or may not know.
