I witnessed this. He also arrested me for "trespassing" when I was on the road infront of the apartments watching them break NLR.

I know , also there was alot of people complaining about him! He desirves a long ban so he realises what he has done!

I, along with this wonderful OP here, have been victims of this. Not only did he RDM, he broke NLR and continued to Meta-Game the whole time.
