I joined v2d for the first time in a few months, and this is what I saw. I have no idea what is going on.

My friend gets this too. I have told him to verify the integrity of the game cache and redownload all of the fearless content, but he never did. You might as well try this.
To verify integrity game cache:
Goto your library
Right click on the game, in this case gmod
Goto to properties
Click on verify integrity of game cache
I think you obviously know how to redownload the fearless files, or at least I hope... Good luck on this.

If you go to the Garrysmod content area then find CSS Game Content. Pick what file service you want to download it from. After you have done that extract the folder with the materials, sounds and other in to Garrysmod Addons. DO NOT extract the folders like Materials and sounds and the other folders. Just get the main folder out. The ReadME in the download will explain this. Good luck!

The problem is simply just that you have not got the latest HL2 ES1+ES2 textures/materials and you have to download them again. If you need more help from wood-chopper, simply contact him; he was a great help.
