Hello my friend Esow was originally banned for 3days but then suddenly was changed to 8 days?, how is that fair?

Bans are not an abuse matter, you didn't read the rules for report either.

the answer (most likely)
is that it was the 10th ban which the admin found out once the ban was issued so he changed it
the fact that he added only 5 days was pretty good, alot of people get 1 month + for there 10th ban, especially since its less than 2 months to get all 10
you should be thanking him, I would of gave longer and I bet most other admins would of too
