First i dont know where open the thread.
today i talk with someone on skype, his name is Shani.
he die beacause he didnt have food, after he dead i shotted him, beacause he dead and the president see that, and he think i killed him, but i didnt she dead beacause he didnt have food after that the president demote me without reason, so i come to the lift and someone handcoffed, beacause i was in lift i think its illegal to do it.

An unban request is for people who have been banned. Not to plead to not get banned.

First off, what you described is clear FailRP. Second - you can't appeal this matter, since you haven't even been banned... Oh, and next time fill out the template instead of copy-pasting it blank.
