Summary: So I just finished a meeting(ironically enough about triggerhappy police-officers) with the president and I was escorted down by Campo, and he suddently started to shoot me for no reason. I was unarmed and complying.
EDIT: Just found him propclimbing on cars in order to get an angle to shoot others over a wall.

Same guy prevented my passive RP by sitting in my chair for 4 minutes. I called Narcotic but this guy didn't care.

I was a Officer at that Police raid where Campo was prop climbing, he was shooting them up there until the government was able to enter the base.
