GTA IV modding help - Fiddlestiiicks - 05-03-2013
I've started modding my GTA IV a little bit, and I tried to open SparkIV after I downloaded it, but an error message popped up saying "You GTAIV.exe seems to be modified or is a newer version than this tool supports. If it is a newer version, please check for an update of SparkIV. SparkIV can not run without a supported GTAIV.exe file." I looked around online, nothing helped. Can someone help me with this please?

I had that same problem so I tried using OpenIV, but I can't figure out how to use it either.

A few things that may be causing this :
Very outdated GTA IV, tell us what version you're running,
Run the tool as Admin ( Right click > Run as Administrator),
Outdated SparkIV,
If you're running v1.0.7.0 use this one
