Summary: This guy was contrawhoring at top floor, and had keypad only on 1 side, we were unable to enter that floor, until he broke something and all his props started flying around, so we tried to arrest him, when he was running away, we catched him finally at groundfloor and handcuffed, but always when he wasn't unconscious, he was running away, breaking fearrp several times... we weren't also able to warrant him by using his name, because he didn't have such letters so we used his id..

Yeah, that's what i wrote on the end, we were able to warrant him only by using his ID...
