Summary: Breaking fearrp by running around when we were trying to arrest him, attempting to lie in OOC to avoid an arrest by saying he had just joined the server and didn't know the law that cars were banned. (Note the hours played for the lying in OOC, we had arrested him for owning a vehicle not that long before.)
