If you staff would be better and stop banning people immediately. Tell them what they did wrong so they can correct yourself rather than banning them immediately. -.- Give them a chance and if they did it again , you can go ahead and ban.

From my experience, they always talk to me before punishing me.
It's really their choice, often depending on what the situation is.

Depending on the details of a case, the admin will take action as they see best.
