Why we should unban you: I just rejoined after being banned for 2 weeks and i had a major lag spike and was driving during this. I lagged and accidentally ran the 2 people over. I was given no warning at all just a ban message.

You managed to hit two people who were on the side walk; you really shouldn't have been driving if you're prone to lagging for these things happen. Your ban was more than justified; a warning wasn't necessary.
