Summary: Broke Fear RP and NLR too many times to count. He also commited mass CDM. You can see in the video he ran straight back to his car each time, the president banned cars at that time so we attempted to make another arrest but he continued to break the rules. The reason he died so many times because there was a cop that kept killing him for doing this, but I will put that in a separate ban request.
