So got banned and I'm trying to work it out but I thought in the mean time I would write my suggestion but it says I don't have permission. Is this with everyone who gets banned or just me?

A member of the administrator team, probably Locked the thread, which means that you can no longer post on your actual thread.

If you are attempting to write in a thread that is either closed or has been moved to a secure location (i.e Approved/Denied) you will not be able to do so.
