Why we should unban you: i was parking my car and came around the corner, i was driving into the spot and i didnt see him but there was a guy standing in the parking spot, i started braking but i wasnt fast enough, it was a accident, he got injured.

I was standing on the side-walk, buying a car and I turned around to see your car coming at me. I stepped back further but you still managed to CDM me; your ban was justified.
