Hi, i'm selling this wonderful and beautiful park with a fence and green grass including some benches and a few trees and decoration you can even enjoy a lovely lunch with your love one if you have one

most of them i 'create' myself but many of them i find in the evocity spawnlist in the propmenu hope that helped a little bit

Should be bigger, maybe 16x16 for the grass or something would be better, but it would probably be empty because you prob won't have that many props to fill it with.
I'm not interested in buying it, but it does look very nice and detailed
