Besides the fact that I banned someone for using multiple accounts to attempt to bypass a previous perma ban, what is your actual complaint or evidence of abuse?

I second this, banning people with no proof what so ever.
I guess you haven't heard of the VPN called PrivitizeVPN? Me and my mate him right there use it, as well as many people, you can't ban people for using a vpn. http://privitize.com/
