7. All buildings in the main city street and all obvious shops are reserved for passive RP. Do not base here.
The offices are one of the main ones, people often get banned for basing there. In no way was their RP passive. As soon as I entered the main doors I got held hostage. In fact I wasn't the only person they had held hostage..
