Go to a full reply (The button, not the quick reply box) and at the very top where it says the thread title just remove half of it.
Happened to me, seemed to fix it. Also I got it often and now it appears to have stopped.

This always happens to me, only seems to happens on the 'news' section.
I guess use the 'New Reply' button, the one Adman said.

lol its because people put in huge ass titles on threads, and then when you reply it adds "RE: " which takes up +4 characters.

Who has the problem where they can't add colored text and stuff, can't even click on the button. When I manage to do that it says undefined.
