Ok i was in Browsing FL server.i was busy doing my stuff when i saw V2P is online but i did not download the map (seen Gmod error last time map all lost) And now V2P is not responding.WTF is going on!!!!!!

There is a DDoS on the servers.

Any issues with the servers being down is normaly a DDoS attack, as the servers are dedicated and contain an i7 quad they normal return in anything from a few seconds to a few minutes.
Just set GMod to auto-join and it should rejoin once the server returns.
