I deleted the car when I joined the server.
He wasn't in the car so I am not sure if he was trying to CDM.

It shows him being in the car from what I see (In GriiM's video.)
Player A Greedy Asian (STEAM_0:0:34211776) proppushed his car, I took the liberty of finding his Steam ID to add to the banrequest.
