Summary:
I was a doctor way back and saw him run over a cop in his car then shoot them with an MP5 when they were injured and stole the cop's MP5 - not got video evidence of that though. Then further on I'm a cop and basically he's tranqing people including myself and "Boltonhero" and then using props to kill us once we're tranqed. It started off when I was driving along and stopped to see who this Rebel was and it was him. He pulls out a weapon and kills me. I also caught him prop climbing to get out of the river. He also CDM'd me too.
I didn't manage to get his name on video because I could never get near enough to him as he'd tranq me.
You will be able to check the logs for the props, using pick locks and using a tranq - Events happened at approx: 19:15, 19:18, 19:19, 19:21 and 19:23.
From my point of view his offenses were: CDM, RDM, random car stealing, prop climbing, prop minging and random tranqing.
For me, that is just beyond deliberately trying to ruin game play.
Evidence: As well as the times above which can be used for the logs, I also have 3 videos for evidence.

I believe I have more evidence against this user random deathmatching everybody. I shall try and get the evidence uploaded after I get home from school.

I believe i have some evidence. Also he broke fearrp by jumping off the bridge while i was arresting him for trying to steal a car.

My evidence does not actually prove that it was him, but if you could check the kill/damage logs at around 17:48 yesterday then maybe I could prove it was him.
