and now I need to know the console command to rebind it. Any help?

Bind r +reload? That's what I got bound on the R and everything works fine.

You just need to unbind the key. "unbind key" "unbind r"

To unbind all your binds do unbind all or i think it was unbindall, this will also get rid of your walk keys e.c.t just go to options and click default :3
