Ok content isnt working :S - Toasty1337 - 04-11-2011
OK so i joined early today and downloaded the content pack of the website to avoid the long time gmod takes to download things. i applied files and everything and it was working fine. Until 6 hours later after doing some shopping i joined and it wanted to download 2600 files, also the normal thing didn't come up and instead got the normal gmod server connect. so once i downloaded all the files i joined and everything was pink squares or errors, i then got kicked by console after about 1 min of being connected to server. Honestly wth?
i tried re applying the content pack but that didn't work.
nvm, gmod had unticked everything in extensions meaning css content was off.

The content pack are just models and materials, they aren't a script that removes themselfs for example. This really is a bug in your Garry's Mod.
Make sure the content pack is extracted to /garrysmod/ folder and overwrite when asked.
