Reason: Abusing the taser as a cop, random RDM attempts, and after being demoted, spamming props in the streets and blocking players in the nexus.

That's all I could get, but you can see the prop protection shows the owner, and in chat JimJim says (in response to me) : "Not to mention lagging the server."
Moments later the server also started dropping connection. JimJim essentially crashed the server.
