Edit: Narc is also right, if you bought two "Donator Statuses" for $20 then you would only get 200k. But as I stated if you bought 8 money packs for $20 you would get $400k

I'm sure the developers or Soul will deal with this as soon as they get to it.
Soul is away for some time, therefore it may take a bit longer to process, I suggest you PM him and/or Temar though.
