I donated ages ago and obviously i have ran out. But i can still access the donator jobs like SS.
Does this mean i can still get a suit?

No. The only thing you have is the SS job.

No. The only perks you keep after your donator status has ran out are the 100K, and the ability to become Special Service Agent.
