Is it FailRP If i RP an undercover cop with a suit driving a black volvo, as a police officer job?

Yes. The police officer jobs are there for a reason; to be a police officer.
Go unemployed if you want more creativity.
Be sure to ask the mayor or commander for permission to be an undercover cop and let the cop team know you are one.
