So simple question. Is it allowed to buy IG stuff for Steam games?
For example I want to buy something, ANd i pay with steam game.
Is it allowed or no?

No, you may not. This is also included in the Terms of Service.

Don't listen to what Killjoy says, you can't trade steam items for in-game money.
