Summary:
Ted had attached a prop to the back of his truck and was then towing the prop around.
Starkiller told a group of people (including me) to get into his tides truck (the back of it) 2 people jumped in and he drove, killing them both.

He told me a police officer randomly jumped into his truck, he never spoke of multiple players getting in.
