Hey, I went to donate to the server, but it asked for my PayPal details.
Is it possible to donate using money from my Steam wallet?

Nope, only PayPal.

You can only donate through PayPal, but I don't think you need a PayPal account.

If you save up something around 400k, then someone can buy donator for you, and then you have to give them the 400k, which means that you don't have to pay any actual money.
