Quick question.
Can't find the weed NPC on V2p
Might not be there, if it is can someone tell me where it is. I have looked in the past but i simply can't find it. Perhaps hes on holiday?

I've seen him on v33x. I don't kn ow about v2d but i think they have removed him from v2p?
