It seems your models are broken, I recommend deleting and re-downloading the content pack.

I recommend you to delete addons if you have any, I had the same problem once.

If you have this problem then go to addons and delete garry's mod on wheels and it should fix

I have gmod on wheels and have the supra problem too ill get rid of the add on too

I had the same issue, it's with that huge vehicle pack for gmod.
