Title of Suggestion: Tool Ability on Notes
Description: Give players the ability to pick up and freeze any notes they write.
Why: So it's easier than putting the thing on your face and then welding it to the wall.
-EDIT: Redid the suggestion cause you CAN use tools but not physgun

No, they don't, sadly :C Any frozen/welded notes you saw were done by staff.

On Gmod 12 you could use the tool gun on notes and weld it. Dont know about Gmod 13 though.

Okay, tested it and you CAN use toolgun on notes, but not physics gun which is just as important.
