Summary: Earlier as an unemployed he was randomly stealing a car (i have no evidence of this or the next bit) then he propkilled me when i told him in OOC to stop. afterwards, just now he was a cop and i walked up to, walked away then he tazez me and kills me. (got evidence of this)
